RTD Distributions Ltée was formed on June 15, 2008, when Distribution Alimentaire RT Ltée acquired Distribution Paul-Émile Dubé Ltée. Both Distribution Roger Tremblay Ltée and Distributions Paul-Émile Dubé Ltée were founded in 1949 by entrepreneurs committed to developing quality services and providing reliable, safe movement of goods in the region. 



Over the years, the two founding companies further consolidated their position and services in Eastern Québec by acquiring over ten food distribution companies in the Bas-Saint-Laurent and the Gaspésie. After sixty years in business, the merged company still holds to the same mission: To offer you professional, fast and reliable food distribution services.
